ORDER INFORMATION

Delivery: All items are made to order and delivery times are subject to when the program closes, and/or facility production times.

Logos: All Logos are pre-approved to meet your Brand Guidelines. Thread steps, color matching, and stitch counts are exact to preset guidelines. For further information, please contact your assigned Brand Advisor via email or call (800) 249-2582.

Order Quantities: Minimum quantities are determined by product type. The specific minimum is listed next to the product on the site. For special requests, please contact a Sales Brand Advisor for further details.

 Checking Order Status: For each order placed through the website, we will immediately confirm receipt via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, please contact us by phone at 800-249-2582 or email us.

Order Cancellation and Changes: Once an order has been placed, the client may only cancel all or part of the order if production on the item(s) have not yet begun. Additional items may not be added to an existing order and items in the original order may not be updated pertaining to the size, color, logo, or decoration location. Quantities of original order items may be decreased, but not increased, if production has not yet begun. If additional items are needed, a new order must be placed. Items removed from the order will be refunded to the original payment method, if payment had been processed.

PAYMENTS

Credit Cards: Club Colors accepts all major credit cards for ease of payment. Our sites are PCI Compliant and offer the highest security for all gateway payment processing.

Net 30-Day Terms - terms are available to pre-approved corporate accounts. If you have any questions on credit terms, our Sales Brand Advisor assigned to your account is available to discuss. Please contact the Sales Department at (800) 249-2582 for immediate assistance.

Gift Certificates: Electronic gift certificates are available upon request. They will be customized to meet your requirements through our Sales Brand Advisors, Design Lab, and IT Team.

Sales Tax: Residents of CA, CO, GA, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI are required to pay sales tax.

MERCHANDISE

Inventory Levels: Club Colors does not carry blank inventory. All products are sourced with trust partners and distributed to end-users after the requested decoration technique is performed.

Quality Standards: Club Colors contracts with the leading brands in the industry to provide our clients the best options. Decoration quality is equally important, and we embroider in-house using state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery equipment. We also have a dedicated digitizer on staff to ensure fast turnaround and quality reproduction of your logo. Since we contract-manufacture most of the specialty items in our product line, we ensure that each product meets our high-quality standards, which, in turn, will meet those of our customers. This "Under One Roof" approach ensures that our customers always receive the highest quality product available in the market.
